Participants Remarks/Comments: In a view to the above narration we easily remark that it was a successful program. But, there were few recommendation from the participants. A member of Agragati CCG argued that if there would be possible to present the achievement of each CCG individually in stage in state of compile presentation it will be more effective. 9. Learning outcome from the workshop: It was an essential event for ICDP-SJ program. Community Mobilization is the main bed of ICDP-SJ. All intervention are waiting for positive response from CM or Community. ICDP-SJ wants the community will bear responsibility to change their society. To make happen the situation CCG is the key factor. To share the view of CCG and mobilize other acting people of the community. Through the workshop the community people got information about ICDP-SJ and work and achievement of CCG. The different CCG people got information about other CCG and they got new ideas to do for community. Teachers, PTA members, Imam, Kazi, Union Member, Chairman local elites got a picture of ICDP-SJ as well as CCG.

10. Challenges for organizing the workshops: To organize such a big gathering there were few challenges. 1. Proper time : As most of the participants were village people, they had different assignment mostly in

agriculture. So, to manage a better time it was so challenge. 2. Hot weather : It was mid-summer. The sun was hot. Under the open air only cloth over head was not

sufficient to protect het of sun. This is why sitting on chair, participants were swatting. 3. Well decoration: There were not well decoration in the village to make more excellence the program. 4. New Idea : As all staff are new of ICDP-SJ and such a big gathering was for first time to them, it made

them more exited to organize the program.

11. Team observation about workshop: Everything went well. Arrangement, participation, program design and other, But should need a field work from different part not only CCG member but also PSKS and SCI personnel. After that we may categorize the observation like below. a) Good observation: Arrangement, use of material, stall, participants attendee, community people

responding, active participation of all, purpose oriented, committee management, stall decoration and so on.

b) Improvement areas: The program should start in time, Ensure participants in time, well decoration, avoid sunny day, schedule maintain, more functional committee, Specific responsibility attainment of PSKS as well as SCI staff, sound stage schedule presenter, select perfect person the present any statement in stage.

12. Team Recommendation about workshop for further betterment or improvement: Such a big gathering will not possible if it would not be a team work. This is why everybody will work in a team. 13. Conclusion: Though there were different challenges and few miss management; the program was successful. An active participation of the participants were in the program. Through the community people became to know about CCG and its activity. Community people came to know importance of child development and they will be one actor of the community. It was great deal which is looking after the ISCDP-SJ program. ICDP-SJ believes if community people evolve or take lead, the goal of the project will be success.
