Soap is really good at cleaning things like dirt and oils off our hands and clothes. It does this by surrounding fats, oils, and dirt molecules and lifting them off our hands and clothes. When we add soap into milk, the soap molecules start moving around as they interact with the fat molecules. It’s almost like they are dancing around. Since milk is white it is really hard to see, we add food coloring to see the process in action. The food coloring gets dragged around as the milk molecules move. MAGIC TIE-DYED MILK
