What is this?
The industry side of a magazine is when the brand ranges from the magazines of which they create. A great example of this is MOJO. They brand themselves in various manners. This allows for their audience from people that buy magazines, and therefore they become a music brand, not just a magazine brand. This is a great way for them to enhance their dominance in the music industry.

The MOJO Vinyl
MOJO released a vinyl of which had a collection of classic rock songs on. They distributed the vinyl to WH Smith, HMV and selected record shops in the UK, and Barnes & Noble and Borders in the US. This widened MOJO as a brand and put their name on the board for more reason than one.

This is an annual awards ceremony of which allows for music ‘legends’ to be seen and for the year’s best music to be awarded. This is not looked at in the same light as Grammies, and other award ceremonies, but it allows for MOJO to further widen their brand.
