Staff News We are pleased to inform you of our latest staff addition: Kenneth Henderson was offered and accepted the posi-tion of Worship Director. We thank God for His leading in the selection process. Please pray for a good transition for Kenneth as he begins his service here at the Square Campus. You can reach him at 616.245.7791 x210 or [email protected].

Worship Ministry Transition Ben Hoekman recently completed his time serving as In-terim Worship Coordinator for the summer. He writes, "Thank you Square Campus family for your encourage-ment and prayers, and for warmly welcoming me this summer. It was a joy to serve with you through the vital ministry of music & worship. This fall, I begin my Master of Divinity (M.Div) at Calvin Theological Seminary, and I recently accepted a position as Pastoral Ministry Intern at Lee Street CRC in Wyoming. While the Square Campus remains my home congregation, I am excited to see how God will continue to mold and shape me as I serve at Lee Street, and eventually serve in full time ordained ministry in the CRC as a pastor, teacher and church planter."

Sanctuary Visual Design: Fulfilling Our Mission

We are called by God the Father and empowered by the Holy Spirit, to be transformed by Christ to Reach Up, In, Across, and Out. If we are alive in Christ, this will hap-pen, for “In Him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us” … “in order that we might be for the praise of his glory.” Eph. 1:7, 12b

Children’s Church Style Evening Worship Service /

Parenting Meeting

Tonight, September 17

6 pm at the Square Campus

Come find out what we do in Children’s Church

and be led in worship by our Madison kids!

Whether you normally come to the 3rd Sunday healing prayer

evening worship service, you want to find out more about chil-

dren’s ministry, or you are just blessed by being led in worship

by young people, we hope you will join us for this special ser-

vice!

We will follow the usual structure of children’s church with

multi-sensory worship, offering, a short message by Pastor

Kristi, and then a time of journaling and response.

The message will be about “Honest Faith” and why we have

chosen to study the life of David this year and what we can

learn from his openness to admit his mistakes and his depend-

ence on God.

During the time of response, we will also invite congregants to

come forward and receive healing prayer from our young pray-

er servants.

After about a 45 minute service, you will receive the blessing

and be free to go or choose to stay for the parent meeting to

hear updates about the Early Childhood Department, Chil-

dren’s church, Madison Girls, Cadets, and Bible Club as well as

the basics of our child protection plan and discipline policies.
