Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, in exercise of the powers under the Electricity Act

2003, in the matter of petition filed by MP Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (Indore) Limited (MPAKVN(I)L), has

determined the tariff for consumers situated in the area of Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Pithampur, District Dhar

(MP), vide order dated 23rd

March, 2015. The tariff has been made effective from 01st April 2015. Summary of the

tariff is given below:-

Tariff Schedule – LV - 4 Industry

Minimum Consumption:

i. The consumer shall guarantee a minimum annual consumption (kWH) based on 360 units per HP or part

thereof of contract demand irrespective of whether any energy is consumed or not during the year.

ii. The consumer shall be billed monthly minimum 30 units per HP per month in case the actual

consumption is less than above specified units.

wherein all the Terms and conditions specified under the tariff schedules for LV and HV/EHV

consumers are given in details and shall be applicable for the respective category of consumers. In

case any dispute arises regarding interpretation and/or applicability of any section of this notice,

the provisions of the Tariff Order for FY 2015-16 shall prevail.
