We are a highly respected, independent firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants, focusing on property services throughout the Middle East and Africa.

Established in 2008, we now employ over 60 people across 8 departments and offer a full range of property services across all property types and sectors. We provide comprehensive and detailed reports prepared to internationally accepted standards that meet a diverse range of client requirements. As a fully qualified member firm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with extensive knowledge of the region, we have the necessary experience, expertise and insight to deliver property advice of the highest standard.

Acquisition and disposalWhether you require a detailed valuation prior to purchasing, or have machinery and equipment for disposal, our team can help by providing valuation and condition reports for both the structure and components.

Asset and property managementWe undertake full surveys, including inspections of fixtures and fittings, to establish the condition, estimated life and value of any asset. This allows building owners to plan project maintenance throughout the life cycle of a building. This often involves working alongside our project and building consultancy team.

Utilities and infrastructurePlant, machinery and equipment is often connected to services via a range of fittings. These are a class of asset that can add additional value to a business, yet is frequently ignored. We are experienced in assessing these types of assets and can ensure they are correctly recorded in any company asset schedule.

Due diligenceAsset location and condition reviews form part of the due diligence process that we carry out. Our experience enables us to work to tight schedules, ensuring final completion is achieved on time.

Loan securityWe regularly work with property valuation surveyors to produce a single report covering the full value of a building and its assets. These combined reports can be referred to by domestic and international banks and financial institutions for loan security purposes.

Post occupancy reviewThe majority of commercial properties often contain plant and machinery elements that require independent inspection and assessment. We provide this service and produce reports detailing all existing machinery and its condition.

Tenant assistanceWe often work with our commercial surveying team to provide a complete assessment of the condition of a building’s infrastructure and machinery, including fixtures and fittings.

InsuranceTo ensure the true value of your equipment and machinery is adequately covered, we calculate up to date values covering materials, labour, transport, installation costs and design permits, plus professional advisory costs such as architectural and legal. We consider associated fees and charges to cover engineering, procurement, and construction management, plus all relevant design and delivery charges, together with unrecoverable taxes and financial costs during the building period.
