All LAK LED illumina�on products excluding power supply conform to corresponding EN regula�ons. These products will maintain the EU mandate compa�bility of our customers’ machinery and electronics devices.

All products listed in this catalog comply with the Direc�ve 2015/863/EU.

Warranty Informa�on

Except for the express warran�es stated in this document, CCS makes no addi�onal warran�es, express, implied, or statutory, as to any ma�er whatsoever. In par�cular, any and all warran�es of merchantability or fitness for par�cular purpose are expressly excluded. Except as expressly set forth herein, CCS makes no warran�es with respect to the products.

Warranty period: Two years (One year for radiant quan�ty), star�ng from CCS shipping date. CCS will repair or replace the product free of charge if it should fail to func�on or if the radiant quan�ty of the product should drop to 50% or less of its ini�al radiant quan�ty within the specified warranty period. If either of these condi�ons occurs, please take the product to your CCS Sales Representa�ve.

Warranty Terms

1. CCS will repair or replace the product free of charge if it should fail to func�on under use on our specified condi�on inaccordance with the instruc�on guide and other wri�en cau�ons during the indicated warranty period of two years.

2. CCS will repair or replace the product free of charge if its radiant quan�ty should drop to 50% or less of its ini�al radiantquan�ty under use on our specified condi�on in accordance with the instruc�on guide and other wri�en cau�ons during theindicated warranty period of one year.

3. CCS will charge a repair fee under the following condi�ons:1) If the product has been subjected to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifica�on from its original design.2) If the product has been damaged from impacts due to inappropriate handling.3) If damage to the product results from external causes including accidents, fire, pollu�on, riots, commmuca�on failures,

earthquakes, thunderstorms, wind and flood damage, or any other act of providence, or from any extraordinarycondi�ons such as electrical surges, water leakage, condensa�on, or the use of chemicals.

4) If the damage results from connec�on to any power supply or to any equipment which CCS does not manufacture or doesnot specify for use.

4. CCS assumes no liability for any purchaser’s secondary damage (damage of equipment, loss of equipment, loss ofopportuni�es, loss of profits, etc.) or any other damage resul�ng from a failure of our product.

This warranty informa�on provides the scope of CCS’s product warranty within the specified period, and does not indicate or imply any further guarantee beyond the warranty terms. Contact CSS for inquiries or informa�on on repairs to the product a�er the expira�on of the warranty.

Note: The radiant quan�ty refers to the wa�age of physical energy radiated from an LED. It refers to the radia�on luminosity ofthe LED measured under condi�ons specified by CCS or the radia�on illumina�on of the LED under specific irradia�on condi�ons. CCS specifies the radiant quan�ty for each LED light because the measurement and irradia�on condi�ons vary from the form, the applica�on and the irradia�on wavelength.
