At ITR we offer an extremely comprehensive range of piston & liner (P&L) kits and complete engine overhaul (EO) kits suitable for a variety of Cummins® and Komatsu® Diesel engines. A P&L kit consists of the following - cylinder liner, piston, piston rings, pin, pin retainers and seals while the EO kit includes all the additional components you need for a complete engine overhaul . These KIT options will simplify your parts look-up while purchasing and allow you to receive all the parts in a tailor made wooden box.

EXCAVATOR TRACK ADJUSTERS

One of the new additions to the ITR product range is the bogie assembly for the earlier D155 series (6,7 & 8). Manufactured from special steel alloy according to the OEM specifications, these bogies have been developed in Italy and produced in one of our facilities.

ITR has developed the internal components of the track ad-justers for a vast range of Komatsu® excavators. Our parts are 100 % interchangeable with the genuine parts and are manufactured from the best materials and subject to stringent quality controls to ensure customers satisfaction. We offer the option of loose parts/components or complete adjuster groups.

ITR currently has an extensive range of parts and compo-nents for the latest D375. The manufacture of the final drive carrier has been one of our more challenging projects due to the size and weight of over 200 kgs. With a simple up-grade it can be used on the earlier D375 machines.
