OVERVIEWCa di Pesa is a Tuscan dream vacation made real. The houseis blessed with an exceptional position with unspoiled,unfettered views in all directions, a sublime tapestry view ofolive groves, woods and country estates and, importantly, theprized vineyards of the Conca d'Oro. You will eat and drinkexceptionally well, tour nearby hill-towns and cultural capitalsonly when you feel like it and generally focus on slowingdown and appreciating the present moment with loved ones.

Ca di Pesa, where building was begun approximately onethousand years ago, evolved into a Medieval 'borgo' or smallvillage, with an interior courtyard and impressive stonefacade. You are enveloped by this timeless setting andarchitecture whatever your vantage point at Ca di Pesa. Todayit is a refined home with its own award-winning winery, all ofwhich is lavished with attention by the dedicated owners whoinvest continually in the property, improving and refining theexperience and amenities for the benefit of all.

There are many ways to enjoy the estate with plenty of roomto spread out and make the most of long relaxing days athome, including a child-friendly pool, a bocce pitch and acinema. The in-house electronics are up-to-date and airconditioning has been added to the bedrooms. The ownershave also developed a truly first-rate wine, using grapes fromthe vineyard you will admire surrounding the property. Theirsis a small production of such quality it garners rave reviewsand the Riserva in particular is in short supply. YourConcierge can arrange for a visit and tasting at the onsitewinery during your stay if you like. As guests of Ca di Pesayou are privileged to acquire bottles to be sent to your home.

WHAT TO KNOW• Parties of up to 10 have access to the Ramerino, Rustica,Brunello, Torre Nuova and Bellavista bedrooms only. TheCasina is available only for parties of 18+. Two infants can beadditionally accommodated. Please discuss your guestconfiguration before booking.

• Staff is headed up by Anna, a superb cook and the heart ofthe house, and assisted by Edi and additional cleaners asrequired. All meal service is additional and priced per person.Please see Includes/Available services and inquire for details.All staff gracious and delightful, no staff members live onsite.

• Owners' very highly regarded wine, Chianti and ChiantiClassico Riserva, and extra virgin olive oil available forpurchase in advance of your arrival as well as during your stay,depending on availability. A tasting in the winery, adjacent tobut independent from the house, is included on Sundayafternoon. Small private tastings are arranged by thewinemaker independently as well. Please inquire.

• Candlelight dinners in the cantina are very special and canbe arranged by advance notice for adults only, maximum 14guests. Ca di Pesa has an antique 'forno a legna' for pizzanights with a professional ‘pizzaiolo', great fun for all ages.

• AC in eight bedrooms and living room is included. Windowscreens on all bedroom windows. House is comfortable yearround with good heating in all the rooms, some corridorsremain cool. Fireplace in living room functions well.

• House is reached down a shared dirt road, 1.9 kms. It can berough in places but is entirely passable. We recommend novehicles larger than a 7-8 passenger minivan.
