#Hello again. I know many of you but for those I havent met, I am Corey Scobie, Vice President of Open Platform & Product Experience.In the next 45 minutes we are going to share with you some key areas of focus of Akamai in the future. Both near and far.

There are a couple of major transformations we have been going through here at Akamai for the past several years, and I and my team are very excited to bring you up to speed on the latest developments in these areas as well as give you some insight into the future of the user and developer experience at Akamai.#

First Armando Gonzalez, our VP Product Experience Design is going to enlighten you on the huge effort we have to refactor the Luna user experience to the way you work. In short, we are very focused on understanding and optimizing the usage patterns of our self-service tools and Armando is basing a huge redesign effort around discovering and adopting those patterns.

Then, Nick Tran, our VP Developer Relations is going to bring you up to speed on the many aspects of platform integration and techy tools that exist at Akamai. In addition, he is going to
