This addendum covers all Single Site and Multiple Site/Consortium Sales Agreements signed prior to April 2009, including the existing Sales Agreement between American Chemical Society and a ornia Digital Library_(Liccnscc), which was signed onOl/01/2009, which includes by reference the ACS Tenns and Conditions of Use document posted prior to May 2009, and adds ACS Series Online to the accept ed terms and conditions within these documents. Licensee is a member of the University of California COL consortium and is not required to execute a separate License Agreement. Further, the Licensee agrees to the aforementioned tcnns and conditions including the applicable fees, licenses, assignments, access rights, authorized use, warranties and formats established by the ACS, and hereafter covering the ACS Symposium Series Online. The following provisions arc added to the ACS tcnns and conditions of use; Definition: ACS Symposi um Ser/eJ Archive The ACS Symposium Series Archive contains a total 1,278 books and 19, I 70 chapters inclusive of all ACS Symposium Series titles from 1974-2008 ns well as the full Advances in Chemistry Series from 1950- 1998. Access is perpetual upon payment. Definition: ACS Symposium Series Rep resents a given year of published books digitized and sold in annual collections from the year 2009 foiward, each year being a un ique saleable collection unto itself. Each year of the collection includes approximately 30 ACS Symposium Series titles and 450 chapters of published research. Access is perpetual upon payment. The following clause is here by added to Section 2 of the ex1stmg American Chemical Society/( California Digital Library - COL) agreement, which was signed in 01/0112009. Payment: -- The Licensee agrees to pay for the ACS Symposium Series Archive starting in 2009. -- An annual maintenance fee of will be charged for the ACS Symposium Series Archive, starting in 2012.
