System Update/Upgrade of the SPECTRA System

Dear Mr. Mizera.

Thank you very much for the successful meeting at the ITU World in Geneva today.

Enclosed you will find our proposal based on the discussion with you and your colleagues.

As requested it includes

- Phase I (with only one additional CHlRplus_FX license) and

3.1 User Documentation

Operator's manuals will be included in English Language for each of the providedsoftware modules. The operator's manuals will be provided as soft copies in PDF(Acrobat Reader) format.

4.1 Software lmplementation Services

4.1.1 On-Site Installation

At an agreed upon time, LS technical staff will install LS softwareat a location determined by the customer. Installation does notinclude adaptation of the software to other software or databaseof the customer.

Travel costs, accommodation and expense for up to one LStelcom trainer are included.

4.1.2 Design Review Meeting

Two LS telcom specialists will spend 2 consecutive days at theclient's premise

- to assess the exact requirements of a client specific spectrummanagement system and consult within this process,

- to specify the system adaptation,

- to advise on a system integration strategy,

- and to recommend an implementation schedule.

After accomplishment of the on-site consulting, the outcome willbe summarized in a report to be sent to the client in electronicand paper form.

Based on this design review report, which content shall beagreed by the client and LS telcom, the system implementationwill be carried out.

Travel costs, hotel accommodations and additional expenses forLS telcom consultants are already included in the quoted price.

4.2 System Adaptation

4.2.1 Microwave/Fixed Link Specitic System Adaptation

Project specific system adaptation may consist of. Migration of network and license data. Adaptation of SPECTRApIuS_admin. Adaptation of SPECTRApIuS_bill. Adaptation of license/invoice templates

4.3 Training Courses

4.3.1 Client specific training on LS Sottware - SPECTRApIUs

To ensure that TU SR can take optimum advantage ofSPECTRAp|us, we propose three (3) consecutive days of usertraining. The course shall be held for a maximum number of eight(8) pafticipants. Language of the course will be English. Thecourse shall be held at the oremises of TU SR inBratislava/Slovakia. Dates for the training have to be mutuallyagreed between the customer and LS telcom.

Travel costs, accommodation and expense for up to one LStelcom trainer are included.

4.3.2 Client specific training on LS Software - CHlRplus_FXTo ensure that TU SR can take optimum advantage of themicrowave planning tool CHlRplus_FX, we propose three (3)consecutive days of user training. The course shall be held for amaximum number of six (6) participants. Language of the coursewill be English. The course shall be held at the premises of TUSR in Bratislava/Slovakia. Dates for the training have to bemutually agreed between the customer and LS telcom.

Travel costs, accommodation and expense for up to one LStelcom trainer are included.
