For your kind information, the undersigned have been personally liaising with MISD, RCSC on correcting and ensuring that the Bio-data and CV's of our officials under the purview of MoWHSare correct and updated. Whilst doing so, we have learnt that some personal information and qualifications are reflected incorrectly, which may eventually lead to impede all-important HR decisions ~d actions at RCSC and Ministerial Level. In the view this, we once again like to request if you can direct all your officials to check and confirm their CV's by logging in on the CSIS on RCSC's website (www.rcsc.gov.bt) and clicking "View CV for individual employee". The login code thereafter is their respective 'EID number' and the password is their 'Date of Birth'. In case of discrepancies and further clarification please feel free to contact the undersigned at Tel - (02)322182 Ext - 126 or e-mail [email protected]. Further directivesj guidelines and CV amendment forms is attached herewith for your kind information and perusal. The Royal Civil Service Commission would like to urge all the Civil Servants toabide by Section 21.5 of the BCSR 2012 and ensure the bio-data maintained inthe CSIS is correct and up-to-date.

Incorrect information in the CSIS may impede important HR action.

A checklist for CV correction is provided to reinforce the requirements for CVcorrection.
