July 5th (Day 1): Departure FlightEveningdeparture fromNewYork (JFK)Airport on-board Delta flight to Lisbon, Portugal and onto Pau.

July 6th (Day 2): LourdesMid-afternoon arrival at Pau. Meet our coach andtransfer directly to Lourdes. Check in at thewelcoming Hotel Astoria Vatican just a few stepsaway from the holy grounds that hosted theeighteen apparitions of the Blessed Virginto Saint Bernadette 160 years ago in1858. Late afternoon visit to theSanctuary for an orientation video andwalk along the River Gave that St.Bernadette was crossing over whenshe first saw the "Beautiful Lady" inthe Grotto of Massabielle. NightlyRosary and Candlelight Procession.

July 7th (Day 3): LourdesMorning walking tour in the steps of St.Bernadette to see the places connected to her lifeinLourdes: theBolyMill (herbirthplace), theCachot(where she was living at the time of theapparitions), and the Parish Church (place of herbaptismal font). In the afternoon, there will be anopportunity to visit and experience the Baths ofLourdes where healing water has been flowingsince the apparitions.

July 8th (Day 4): BurgosMorning free in Lourdes to make a farewell visit tothe Grotto and get Lourdes water to bring home.Late morning departure from Lourdes for Burgos,Spain. Enjoy the scenic drive along the Pyreneesmountains before crossing the frontier into Spain'sBasque region and Spanish Highlands and into theancient kingdomof Castilewhere Burgos is located.Upon arrival in Burgos, visit the magnificentcathedral wherein is the tomb of El Cid, championof the 11th century Spanish Reconquista. Overnightat Hotel Cuidad de Burgos.

July 9th (Day 5): SantiagoMorning departure westward into Galicia, Spain onthe Iberian Coast, a land the ancient Greeks

considered the beginning of the end of the world.Our routewill parallel theCaminoFrances, themostfamous pilgrim route covering 500 miles fromSouthwestFrance toSantiagodeCompostela. Stopen route for a visit to the 12th-century Cathedral ofLeon (famous for its stained glass windows) andthemountain-top village of O Cebreiro, a charmingCeltic settlement with 1200 year old thatched roofhomes and an ancient church associated with a14th-century Eucharistic miracle. Lateafternoon arrival in Santiago deCompostela, where, according to an 8thcentury tradition, the bones of theApostle Saint James, oneof the “SonsofThunder” and a Missionary to Iberia,were miraculously discovered in a“field of stars”. Since then, pilgrimshave come fromall corners of the earthto pay homage to the fisherman fromGalilee! Check-in at the Hotel FranciscoMonumento located near the Cathedralof St. James (2 nights.).

July 10th (Day 6): Santiago

Celebrate the Holy Year today by walking throughthe Holy Door (last opened in 2010) to obtain aplenary indulgence. Morning tour of the historiccenter of Santiago de Compostela with thehighlight being the 1000-year-old Cathedral of St.James. Take in its magnificent Baroque facade andgraceful Romanesque interior and with theanticipation of pilgrims throughout the ages,descend into the crypt below the main altar tostand in front of the reliquary of St. James. See thefamous Botafumeiro, a 5ft. thurible (hanging 170feet), swing almost to the roof of the transept,emitting thick clouds of incense. Free afternoon.

July 11th (Day 7): PortugalMorning departure for Fatima, Portugal. Travelingsouth we will cross the border into Portugal, andpass by the coastal city of Porto, the second largestcity in Portugla, known for its production of portwine. Take in a panoramic view of the city as wecross over the River Douro. Mid-afternoon arrivalin Fatima, the city of the shepherd children whoreceived heavenly apparitions in 1917; Jacinta and

Francisco Marto and their cousin, Lucia Santos.Check-in at the Hotel Casa Das Irmas Dominicanasnear the Fatima Sanctuary (for three nights), thesacred grounds where the holy meetings tookplace. Late afternoon visit to the Sanctuary to seethe Chapel of Apparitions and the Rosary Basilica(wherein are the shepherds tombs). Nightly Rosary& candlelight procession at the Sanctuary.

July 12th (Day 8): Silver CoastToday enjoy an excursion to the Silver Coast of theAtlantic. First stop will be Batalha to visit the 14th-century Monastery of Santa Maria da Victoria, anhistoric national landmark attesting to the ages offaith in Portugal. Upon reaching the Atlantic, visitthe fishingvillageofNazarewhichboastsoneof thehighest sea cliffs in Europe. See a revered 4thcentury image of Our Lady and the Child Jesus,believed to have been carved by St. Luke. Lunchoverlooking the Atlantic before a late afternoonreturn to Fatima.

July 13th (Day 9): Fatima

Onthis day, 104years ago, as the shepherdchildrenwere playing in the fields and tending their flock,Our BlessedMother appeared to them for the thirdtime. This morning join with thousands of pilgrimsfrom around the world for the awesomeAnniversary events in the Sanctuary of Fatimapraying the Rosary followed byHolyMass, Blessingof the Sick and a procession of the Pilgrim Virginstatue, as multitudes of faithful wave theirhandkerchiefs as a farewell tribute to Our Lady.Later this afternoon, we will visit the quaint hamletof Aljustrel where the shepherd children lived withtheir families. Take in the unspoiled beauty of thefields of olive trees as wewalk along a cobblestonepath to Valinhos (place of the August 1917 Marianapparition) and Loca Cabeco(place of the Angel'sapparitions in 1916). Also see the original homes ofthe shepherds and the church of their baptism.

July 14th (Day 10): LisbonMorning check-out and departure for the OldWorld maritime city of Lisbon. Upon arrival, drivealong the River Tagus, passing by the historicalmonuments of Belem and Jeronimos. Visit theChurch of St. Anthony, built over the belovedsaint's birthplace and the Lisbon Cathedraloverlooking the ancient Alfama Disctrict. Lateafternoon check-in at Hotel Mundial and a farewelldinner in acclaimed Veranda rooftop restaurantwith view of the city of Lisbon.

July 15th (Day 11): DepartureMorning departure for the Lisbon Airport toboard a non-stop transatlantic flight to JFK.
