The Town of Indian Lake is seeking to enter into a contract for grant management and engineering services for the implementation of project to be made possible through assistance from the 2015-2016 Texas Community Grant Program of the Texas Department of Agriculture. We are separately soliciting (A) proposals from consultants for project administration and (B) qualifications from Texas –registered engineers to provide engineering services. Submittals for these services will be accepted until 4:30 PM on February 2, 2015 at the Town of Indian Lake, Attn: City Secretary, 82 S Aztec Cove, Indian Lake, Texas.

The same firm will not be awarded contracts to provide both engineering and administrative services for the Community Development project. We reserve the rights under the Professional Services Procurement Act, UGMS and 24 CFR Sec. 85. Copies of the Request for Proposal packet are available by calling 233-4021 during business hours. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns are encour-aged to submit.

Notice is hereby given of the opportunity for public participation concerning the ap-plication by the Town of Indian Lake, Texas for the above referenced allocation.

The city will conduct a public hearing, on January 28, 2015 at 6:30 pm at the Indian Lake Town Hall, located at 62 S Aztec Cove, Indian Lake, Texas, for the purpose of presenting its proposed use(s) of the above referenced allocation, and for receiving input from the public concerning the same.

A copy of the city’s application to the Texas Department of Agriculture concerning the above referenced allocation will be available at the Indian Lake Town Hall, located at 62 Aztec Cove, Indian Lake, Texas, on or before February 12, 2015, and written comments will be received at the same location, through February 18, 2015.

Residents are advised of their right to prepare and submit alternative uses of the above-referenced allocation. Residents who require technical assistance in exer-cising this right may contact Ms. Amy Gonzales, Town Secretary, at 62 S Aztec Cove, Indian Lake, Texas, or by telephone at 956-233-4021.
