Navigation. Find your way, along with best reviewed restaurants, no more guessing necessary. By voice or touch, the large 7-inch color monitor plots your path and even reports the weather. Then stay ahead of traffic with real-time advisories from NavTraffic provided by SiriusXM.1, 3

A. RearView Monitor. Wouldn’t it be helpful to see what you might have missed behind you? The available RearView Monitor helps show you, anytime you’re in reverse.4

B. Intelligent Key/Push Button Ignition. No more fumbling for keys. The Nissan Intelligent Key® stays where it is in pocket or purse, and all you have to do is tap a button to unlock the doors or hatch. Even starting the ignition is now keyless.

C. iPod® Connectivity. An available USB Interface System for iPod® displays song info playlist-style, and lets you control your iPod® by touch-screen or steering wheel-mounted controls.2

D. Bluetooth.® With the available Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone System, even your phone book is downloadable, so hands stay where they need to be. Then take calls through Murano’s speakers, which adjust music volume for each call.5

CONFIDENCE

A. Blind Spot Warning. With the available Blind Spot Warning system, an indicator appears when another vehicle is detected in your blind spot area. Put your turn signal on, and the indicator flashes and sounds a warning chime to alert you.1

B. Lane Departure Warning. If Murano detects that you are straying from your lane, the available Lane Departure system will give both a visual and audible warning. So smart, the system is designed to stop the warnings whenever your turn signal is engaged.2

C. Moving Object Detection. Shift into reverse, and the available next-genera-tion RearView Monitor displays what’s behind you. If it detects something moving by the rear of the vehicle when you’re in reverse, it gives a visual and audible alert. And whenever you want a wider rear view, just push the camera button right on the display screen.3,4

DOUBLE-CHECKING YOUR DOUBLE-CHECK.Whether you’re changing lanes on the highway or deftly maneuvering your way into a parking spot, Murano’s available new Safety Shield Technologies take advantage of the rearview camera and act as a second set of eyes, giving you a whole new way to double-check.

SAFETY. Braking with assurance, steering with confidence. Yes and yes.

Vehicle Dynamic Control. A safety system to help keep you on your steered path, VDC senses if your vehicle starts to oversteer or understeer. To help you maintain control, engine power can be reduced and/or braking pressure can be applied to specific wheels.3

Traction Control System. Sensing when a front wheel is spinning, TCS responds by reducing throttle or applying brake pressure to help improve traction.

Brake Assist/EBD. More than “just stopping,” Brake Assist senses emergency braking and automatically helps to apply maxi-mum braking pressure if needed. Then, Electronic Brake force Distribution sends extra force to the rear brakes when it senses additional weight in the back.

Anti-lock Braking System. ABS pumps Murano’s brakes faster than you possibly can, to help prevent wheel lock-up in panic-braking situations.

Brake Override Technology. Like every Nissan since 2005, Murano comes standard with Brake Override Technology. It’s designed to help slow down your vehicle and bring it to a safe stop in an emer-gency by overriding accelerator input and reducing engine power when the accelerator and brake pedals are applied simultaneously.

Engine. Murano’s 260-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine keeps you ahead of the pack when you need to be. An efficient fuel economy of 24 MPG on the highway1 keeps it practical. Murano CrossCabriolet exhilarates with 265 hp and 248 lb-ft of torque while returning 22 MPG on the highway.2

(CVT) Continuously Variable Transmission. Innovation beyond gears. Unlike conventional automatic transmissions, the virtually “gearless” Xtronic CVT® (Continuously Variable Transmission) makes gear hunting a thing of the past. Fully variable gear ratios mean the CVT keeps you in the sweet spot, so power is amazingly quick and smooth when-ever you push the throttle.

All-Wheel Drive. Both intuitive and responsive, Murano’s AWD makes perfect sense. No matter the weather conditions, or the curvy road ahead.

MAKING THE WORLD SEEM WIDE OPEN.Murano carries you on a wave of seamless power, with intuitive AWD that constantly adjusts for superior confidence and control.

All-Wheel Drive. The second you pull away, the AWD turns on, delivering power to both front and rear wheels for improved grip. Once you’re up to speed, no sense powering all four wheels, so Murano efficiently sends the power all up front. Then, for enhanced cornering control and traction, AWD compensates by transferring some of that power from the front wheels to the rear.

INTERIOR l SAFETY

DEFINING YOUR OWN SPACE.Your very own modern interior – with their personalized designs, Murano and Murano CrossCabriolet feel like home. And with these available features, every detail lets you enjoy your own definition of premium.

Memory Driver’s Seat. With programmable settings for you and a second driver, your favorite position is always waiting. At the press of a button, your seat moves into place, as do the mirrors and steering wheel. It’s as if we were expecting you.

Dual Zone Temperature Control. The ideal temp for each front passenger – how perfect. And no more cold blasts either – vents are positioned to cascade over you like your home A/C.

Heated Seat, Steering Wheel and Power Outside Mirrors. Forget that it’s freezing outside. Inside Murano, you’re all warm and toasty. And with heated mirrors, there’s no need to worry about going outside to wipe or scrape them clean.

Dual Panel Moonroof. Hello sunshine. Unique dual panels of glass let it shine in until you close the power shades for cover.

A. Power Seats. Need room for cargo in back? Pull the lever conveniently found in the cargo area and the 60/40 split rear seats collapse for more space.1 When you need more room for passengers, just push a button (from the dash or cargo area) to power them back up (not available on CrossCabriolet).2

B. Cargo. A generous cargo area makes room for that antiquing find. With the rear seats folded flat, cargo volume is doubled to the maximum 64 cubic feet.1 Murano – ready, willing and able.

Power Liftgate. From your remote, dash or hatch, generous space is now fingertip-close (not available on CrossCabriolet).

C. CrossCabriolet Storage. Having a convertible shouldn’t mean giving up cargo space, so Murano CrossCabriolet is designed with a spacious trunk with room for plenty of luggage. You can even fit in four carry-on bags with the top down.1

SAFETY: With a comprehensive safety strategy including six stan dard air bags, peace of mind comes standard with every Murano.

Nissan Advanced Air Bag System. Nissan’s system includes dual-stage supplemental front air bags that adjust their inflation rate, depending on the severity of impact and your seat belt usage. If your front passenger seat is empty, an occupant sensor deactivates that bag. Side-impact supplemental air bags are built into the front seats so they move with you, even as you adjust your seat. And above, standard roof-mounted curtain side-impact supplemental air bags with side-impact and rollover protection for front and rear-seat outboard occupants. On CrossCabriolet, door-mounted curtain supplemental air bags help protect front occupants from head injury in certain side-impact collisions, or in the unlikely event of a rollover.3

Active Head Restraints. In the event of certain rear-end collisions, front-seat Active Head Restraints move up and toward your head to help reduce the chance of whiplash injuries.

Dual Pop-up Roll Bars. Located behind the CrossCabriolet’s rear seatback, dual pop-up roll bars are designed to deploy in the unlikely event of a rollover to help reduce the risk of occupant injury.
