There’s pleasure in the small things, like softer headrests with just the right amount of give. GENEROUS SPACE AT YOUR FINGERTIPS.The space and flexibility of the Nissan Murano®’s interior also comes with a seamless way to use it. Rear-seat passengers can get in and out in a snap with easier ingress and egress. In back, you can increase your cargo volume to nearly 70 cubic feet when you collapse the 60/40 split rear seats. And the conveniently located automatic controls let you access your cargo options from the dash or rear cargo area.

Power liftgate. For simpler loading and unloading, control Murano®’s available power liftgate from your remote, the dashboard or a button on the hatch.

Cargo and load capacity limited by weight and distribution. Always secure all cargo. Heavy loading of the vehicle with cargo, especially on the roof, will affect the handling and stability of the vehicle.

Power seats. Drop the rear seats and power them back up again, all from controls on the dash or in the rear cargo area.

The second you pull away, Murano®’s available intuitive AWD turns on, delivering power to both front and rear wheels for improved grip. Once you’re up to speed, no sense powering all four wheels, so Nissan Murano® efficiently sends the power all up front. Then, for enhanced cornering control and traction, intuitive AWD compensates by transferring some of that power from the front wheels to the rear. Predictive Forward Collision Warning. In traffic, it only takes a moment to get caught off guard in a potentially dangerous situation. How about a little help? With this technology, a radar sensor on the front of Murano® constantly monitors not just one vehicle ahead in your lane, but two. When the system detects sudden deceleration, it gives you an audible warning and a visual signal on the instrument panel. So you get a heads up, even if you can’t see what’s slowing you down.1

Forward Emergency Braking. Using radar technology to keep an eye on your speed and proximity to vehicles ahead of you, Forward Emergency Braking gives you audible and visual display warnings to help you know when to reduce your speed, if necessary. It can also apply braking to help you avoid a collision. If a collision is unavoidable, this feature will automatically engage the brakes to help reduce speed of impact and reduce the severity of a collision.2

Rear Cross Traffic Alert. When you’re backing out of a parking space, this avail-able feature watches the area around the rear of your Murano,® and can warn you about vehicles you might not see behind you approaching from either side. So backing up feels easier than ever.4

Moving Object Detection. When the Around View® Monitor is in use and detects moving objects near the vehicle, it gives a visual and audible alert.5

RearView and Around View® Monitors.  When you’re in Reverse, the RearView Monitor shows what’s directly behind you and helps make backing up and parking easier. And the Around View® Monitor uses four cameras to give you a virtual 360º bird’s-eye view of your vehicle, with selectable split-screen close-ups of the front, rear, and curb-side views, so you can see where you’re going without second-guessing.6, 7

Blind Spot Warning. If another vehicle is detected in the blind spot area, an indicator appears in the driver’s or front passenger’s door pillar and on the Advanced Drive- Assist® Display. Then, if you put your turn signal on, the indicator flashes with a warning chime.3
