lord, keep me in your perfect peace
TRANSCRIPT
“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as
the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.”
John 14:27
Grace and peace are multiplied to you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.
2 Peter 1:2
1 Peter 3:11 teaches us to take the initiative to pursue peace in our lives and to turn from evil
and do good.
When a man’s ways are pleasing to the LORD,
He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.
Proverbs 16:7
We learn from Daniel 3:1-30 that we can trust Jesus to be
with us through any trial. He will see us through,
regardless of the outcome.
“For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake,
But My lovingkindness will not be removed from you, And My covenant of peace will not be
shaken,” Says the LORD who has compassion on you. Isaiah 54:10
One of the fruits of the Spirit is Peace. If you have accepted Jesus as your savior, you have
God’s peace through the Holy Spirit, living in you.
And the peace of God, which surpasses all
comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds
in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7
And He got up and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Hush, be still.” And the wind
died down and it became perfectly calm.
Mark 4:39
Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone
who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you,
so you must forgive others. Colossians 3:13 (NLT)
The things you have learned and received and heard and
seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace
will be with you. Philippians 4:9
‘May the LORD bless you and protect you. May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you.
May the LORD show you His favor and give you His peace.’
Numbers 6:24-26 (NLT)
When you get to the place in your life where you trust Jesus
to guide you one step at a time, you experience tremendous
freedom and peace.
If we learn to love the Lord’s instruction, Psalm 119:165 says we will have great peace and nothing will make us stumble.
We know that in Isaiah 9:6 Jesus is referred to as the
“Prince of Peace.” How can we not turn to Him when our hearts are restless?
These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have
peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33
You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose
thoughts are fixed on you! Isaiah 26:3 (NLT)
