LONGEVITY Time spins and with every spins there is a change. Changes bring in their wake a number of doubts; conflict especially when they are related to past present and future traditional and modern. So this issue of LONGEVITY is no exception. Longevity is long life. There are so many problems in the human life like pollution, unhealthy food, stress, poverty and drugs (.)these are big problem of longevity. Day by day (,) our atmosphere (is) polluted by factories and their waste material (is) also polluting water (.) that’s why we are facing (a) lot of illness like cancer, heart problems and skin problems. On the other hand side , food is also not healthy, people making food with lots of chemicals that is also not good for our health. Moreover, tension and stress affect our life. (the) Modern era is an era of stress and strain so relaxation and recreation is a must, otherwise person become a mental wretch and entertainment, yoga etcis prove to be great stress

Longevity is long life. There are so many problems in the human life like pollution,

unhealthy food, stress, poverty and drugs (.)these are big problem of longevity.

Day by day (,) our atmosphere (is) polluted by factories and their waste material

(is) also polluting water (.) that’s why we are facing (a) lot of illness like cancer,

heart problems and skin problems. On the other hand side, food is also not

healthy, people making food with lots of chemicals that is also not good for our

health.

Moreover, tension and stress affect our life. (the) Modern era is an era of stress

and strain so relaxation and recreation is a must, otherwise person become a

mental wretch and entertainment, yoga etcis prove to be great stress

buster.Weshouldalways try to make positive a mind. Because positivity is (a) must

(.) without (a) positive attitude we cannot solve any problem and also make

understand to anyone.

Nevertheless, if we want to live long (,) we have to (live as we are taught in the

English proverb:) early to bed and early to rise makes and man healthy, wealthy

and wise. We should eat healthy food (.)even we should try to planting vegetables

with the natural ideas. Listen (to) music to relaxation and yoga to control and feel

happy our mind. Weshouldgotomorning walk and do exercise. We should not use

drugs, alcohol and smoking. Because it is affecton our body and damage our

lungs. In the world the number of variety of reasons are increasing for longevity.

In conclusion, life is a valuable for every person and we have to understand that if

we want to be healthy. We have to manage all things and also have to make some

principals for daily routine and it is important to follow them for (a) better life.

We shouldn’t use those things that can (be) harmful for our life.
