Logging into your UCC student e-mail account

To Recap:

• Your student e-mail password is synchronized with your student self-service PIN, and it must be at least 8 digits long to work.

• You must log into your student e-mail account by typing your student ID number followed by @student.umpqua.edu as your e-mail address. There is another address listed in your self-service account, but that is your alias for your main account—you don’t log in with your alias.

• If you have an existing Google account, click “Add an account” to enter your student e-mail information.

• You may want to check your Spam folder for misdirected messages.
