Senese and Pievese Hills are renowned for excellent gourmet products such as the Nobile Wine of Montepulciano, Brunello of Montalcino, the Chianti area,

the prized Olive Oil, the herds of Chianina.

Città della Pieve, dominating the Trasimeno Region (distance to the Lake: 24 km) is renowned for cultivating Ginger and Arbutus Honey, but most of all for the masterpieces of Pietro Perugino preserved inside the historical buildings of

the medieval town.

The Villa is the main body of the Hotel where most of the guest rooms are located together with the Restaurant, the Wellness Center (with an indoor heated Pool, Sauna, Hammam and Solarium), two relaxation Lounges and a Library to spend pleasant afternoons.

The terraces that surround the Resort with its paving in shimmering white marble bounded by soft balustrades, offer breathtaking views towards the Tuscan countryside and glimpses of Trasimeno Lake.

The Resort is nestled in 3 acres of a Secular Park and surrounded by a tradi-tional Italian-style Garden adorned with luxuriant white roses and small fountains with relaxing water tricks. An outdoor Swimming Pool and Bare-foot Parcours complete its Relaxing Area.
