Box Hill

This location was chosen due to its rural feel with lots of open land and space, which can be used to show the isolation of the artist. The location also allows for you to see an overview of a vast amount of land in the background. This adds good depth and would make for an interesting shot. There is also a structure as seen in the picture on the left that the artist could stand/sit on to give a good shot looking across the landscape.

Morden Park - Stage

This location was chosen due to its convenience in the structure in that the artist can be shown sitting or standing on the stage with the view of the graffiti in the background, adding an idea of creativeness and colour as well as showing the urban, rebellious nature. Other areas of Morden Park can also be used as it includes green open space, resembling a rural area. The colours of the autumn trees are also useful.

Morden Hall Park – Train Track

We chose the location of Morden Hall Park and the train track here to use in our music video as it gives an idea of risk along with isolation as this area is not full of people. It quite controversial to be on or around a train track as it could be seen as dangerous and not something that people usually do, showing our artist as being unique. There is a visual aspect in the train lines being very long, straight and man-made. The rest of Morden Hall Park includes lots of green open space being an example of a rural area and the architecture of the buildings and some well kept gardens suggest an idea of wealth, as if our artist doesn’t belong there and the contrast is made more apparent.
