This in+care Campaign is designed to facilitate local, regional and state-level efforts to retain more HIV patients in care and to prevent HIV patients falling out of care while building and sustaining a community of learners among Ryan White providers.

Quality Champions - Local Campaign Activity
Create peer learning opportunities for HIV providers
1. Meet locally face-to-face/virtually to discuss retention issues
Encourages use of existing meeting structures and communities of learning, including HIVQUAL Regional Groups, cross-Part meetings, network meetings
2. Extend the reach and impact of the Campaign3. Build regional peer exchanges with minimal
input by Campaign coaches

• Convene at least 2 face-to-face/virtual meetings with local providers• Identify & reach out to those registered for
the Campaign• Coordinate logistics for the meeting
• Identify & confirm meeting space, including AV needs
• Set agenda• Send out meeting announcements
• Facilitate discussions & chair meetings

Campaign Quality Coaches
1. Provide one-on-one support to up to 20 Campaign participating agencies per coach
2. Review bimonthly data submissions and provide routine feedback to Campaign participants
3. Review monthly improvement updates and provide routine feedback to Campaign participants
4. Assist NQC coordinate regional meetings with Local Quality Champions

Coaches & Local Quality Champions
• Coaches do not directly support Quality Champions• NQC will centrally manage Quality Champions and
Coaches• Coaches should direct Champions’ questions to NQC
• Quality Champions liaise with Coaches and work with NQC to coordinate local/regional meetings• Quality Champions facilitate the meetings with little
support from Coaches• NQC will provide central support (webinar platform and
conference calling lines) for Quality Champions, if needed
