NAI Harcourts was established in mid-2009 by NAI Global and Harcourts International. Both organisations recognised an opportunity to work together to create something special in the New Zealand and Australian commercial property markets.
NAI Harcourts is the Australasian member of the NAI Global network and the brand under which commercial, industrial and retail property sales and leasing, along with business broking services and asset management, is represented.
Launched to the market in 2010, NAI Harcourts now boasts an elite team of commercial and industrial sales and leasing specialists and business brokers, based in over 80 locations around Australia and New Zealand and all backed by Harcourts international and the NAI Global network.

Mike Green, Managing DirectorHarcourts InternationalThe Managing Director and one of two owners of Harcourts International Ltd, Mike Green is responsible for the overall operation and direction of the Harcourts franchise and group of companies. He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including many years as the owner-operator of an award-winning multi-office Harcourts franchise in New Zealand. Mike moved to Australia in 1997 to establish Harcourts there and has since gone on to play an integral role in Harcourts’ global expansion.
Jay B. OlshonskyPresidentNAI GlobalJay B. Olshonsky is President of NAI Global and previously Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of NAI Global New York City. He brings more than 25 years of experience and industry knowledge to the firm, including a 15-year track record of success at CB Richard Ellis where he ran the Washington, D.C. office – one of their largest businesses with over $100 million in revenue. As Managing Director at CB Richard Ellis, Jay exercised profit and loss responsibility for 75 commissioned brokers and hundreds of employees and was integrally involved in strategic planning, corporate mergers and succession planning.

Prior to his current role, Richard led the New Zealand growth of the NAI Harcourts business. During that time the business flourished and achieved 60% growth each year Richard was at the helm.
Greg ClarkeGeneral ManagerNAI Harcourts New ZealandAs General Manager of NAI Harcourts, Greg is responsible for leading the commercial arm of Harcourts, New Zealand’s largest real estate group. With a background of business and commercial real estate extending back more than 20 years, Greg is well placed to provide guidance and direction to an ever growing team of commercial specialists.
