TWIN LOCK MECHANISM FOR ADDED SAFETY

Locking of the loader is fully automatic, Unlocking is by a conveniently positioned lever. The locking status is accurately communicated from inside or outside the cab by a highly visible indicator.

BRACKET DESIGN - REAL EXPERTISE

The backbone of the tractor/loader unit. Our sub-frame bracket is specifically developed for each individual tractor model and is designed to distribute stress loads uniformly across the tractor’s structure. Each new bracket is subject to a durability testing which reproduces the most extreme working conditions. The bracket head is fitted with a guide ramp to make hitching operations easier. Its design ensures accessibility from all tractor maintenance points.

CONNECTION TO THE ORIGINAL TRACTOR CONTROL VALVES

MX loaders can be connected to the tractors original control valves, either mechanical or electronic.

CABLE CONTROL

A simple control system operated by conventional mechanical cables. Cost effective and basic.

Three customisable buttons (optional)

ELECTRONIC CONTROL

This control system allows combined and progres-sive operation of the main loader funtions (lifting + dumping + 3rd function), all at the same time.

The advanced electronic control system sends electronic control signals to twin stepper motors that are in turn di-rectly connected to the distributor spools (CAN-BUS). This technology has been developed by MX to provide reac-tive and precise control. The system is entirely independent from any hydraulic disturbance from the tractor.

With the AUTO-UNLOAD System® , developed by MX to increase working efficiency, the grab is automatically opened as the bucket dumps forward. There is currently no equivalent system available on the market.

Reduces the shocks and bounce caused when driving the tractor and handling heavy implements.

Once the loader has been unhitched, the Shock Eliminator fitted to the tractor ensure compatibility with the front linkage.

This device is essential if people are within the vicinity of the loader whilst you are working. In accordance with stand-ard EN 12525-A2 2010, it can be disengaged for working when no one is near the load. You don’t lose speed or power. Unique, this equipment is compatible with SHOCK ELIMINATOR System® and the maintained floating position.
