engineering groups.

PLANET ENGINEER‟S-2K18, a two-day fest scheduled on 23rd & 24th March, 2018 is a festival of Technical innovation

and digitization. It is today a brand of national repute and recognition with a verity that is embellished by the presence

of performers and associates of worldwide renown during the festival. Not only PLANET ENGINEER‟S-2K18, a

torchbearer of the whole Central India but is also a launch-pad for the tremendous pool of talent in the country.

Along with technical events like Brainiac, Quad Ride, Quiz, paper presentation, etc., it also provides forum for non-

technical event lovers by offering events like Wall painting, LAN Gaming, Open Mic, Dansation, Fashion Show,

Gaming etc.

In order to provide a platform for building talents to display their valor in their fields of excellence.

In order to inculcate team work and sportsman spirit among the students.

In order to present a platform for engineering students from valid places to interact and exchange

their ideas about Technical innovation.

In order to work for the betterment of the technical advancement and nature conservation.

PLANET ENGINEER’S-2K18

OBJECTIVE

As per the culture and legacy of LNCT Group of Colleges, every academic year, the group organizes a national

level technical, cultural, social and sports fest for aspirants assembling from various educational institutions with a

very high competitive spirit to participant and with the strong determination to include their achievements and

accomplishments to their resumes and to expand the technical horizon.

Planet Engineers took its kick start in the year 2006 with the name „Prayas‟ which witnessed 10 events. Planet

Engineers got its name in the year 2012 which endorsed 27 events followed by 36 events in 2014 and 45+ events this

year. Planet engineer‟s is an annual socio-cultural-environmental-technical Fest of LNCT Group of Colleges, Bhopal,

which is the largest technical festival of central India. It is scheduled for two days which holds overwhelming

exhilaration. Likely in 2018, this fest was organized on 23rd & 24th March, with the objective to provide platform for the

students to showcase their talent with a competitive spirit, and to revive the potential of students in the field of art,

culture, technology and humanities.

The event was successful enough to attract as many as 6000 registrations for two days fest which includes all

the events. The fest executed with a total of 44 events planned and organized at its best of quality. Focusing on the

types of events to include in the fest was decided by fest coordinators keeping the interest and need of the

engineering student into consideration, with emphasis on the nature based and fun full events behind the scene.

INAUGURAL CEREMONY

Two days of event started on 23rd

March with the grand inaugural ceremony in the presence of guests,

delegates and honorable management. After the inaugural lamp lighting and inaugural speeches, a

number of outstanding performances are given by the students. As it‟s the day devoted to our

shaheeds; „Shaheed Divas‟ too were celebrated in order to commemorate the contribution of martyrs.

Students showcased their talents on the theme of „Shaheed Divas‟ too. And it‟s the beginning of two

days grand carnival with the holy national song of India.
