Watch the clips of a rock concert, a symphony performance, a dramatic theater performance and a movie. In what ways are they similar? Which ways are they different?

Adjectives are words that describe a noun. They give more information about that noun. The red car – red describes the color of the car. They usually happen before the noun but can also follow linking verbs. Max is tall – tall describes Max’s height.

Read the sentences below. Underline the adjective and circle the noun it describes in each sentence. For example: Cinderella is a fictional story.
