Sales conditions:

1 - OrdersSending us an order presuppose the knowledge by the Customer of our general sales conditions, except ofparticular agreements between the two parts (Customer and supplier). The orders are consideredirrevocable, except of our possibility to decide not to fulfil them, without any oblidge of previous advice orjustification.

2 - TransportTerms of delivery and transport conditions have to be agreed with our Company at the beginning of thebusiness relation, otherwise transport will be carried on by our forwarding agent, debiting all the charges tothe Customer, except of different indications given by the Customer before shipment of the order.

3 - PricesThe prices are ex works our warehouse. For program orders, the quotation applied will be the one valid atthe moment of the delivery of each lot. Our prices include standard packaging.

4 - PaymentsAll payments must be addressed directly to our Company. Each delayed payments carries a penalty rate setby the law and eventually expenses could be debited by us. Every modification of the term of payment mustbe previuosly agreed with our Company and can not be considered appliable to orders already been sentbefore this agreement.

5 - DeliveriesOrders will be settled considering our disponibility on stock. In case of partial deliveries, the Customer haveto inform us if the order should be cosidered completely settled or if we must keep on order the missingquantity.

6 - TransportGoods, even when delivered free house, travel at Customer’s risk. In case of damages, theft or loss, evenpartial, of the goods, reserves must be addressed directly to the carrier upon delivery, who will be the onlyresponsible in this case. We recommend the Customer to check always that datas stated on our deliverydocument correspond to the goods received.

7 - ClaimsWithin eight days after arrival of the goods, we can not accept any claim. Goods given back for Customer’s mistakes are accepted only previous our authorisation. This goods will beaccepted only if delivered free our warehouse along with delivery documents.Products, which present defects, are substituted under guarantee. We can not substitute goods whichdefects are caused by a wrong use or negligency of the Customer or which differences in sizes are statedand accepted by the normative.

8 - Technical informationsTechnical features showed on our catalogue are indicative and not vincolant. Every modification done inorder to improve our products could be effected without any advice to the Customer.

9 - In case of dispute, only the Court of Monza in Italy, has authority in all circumstances.

INDICAZIONI TECNICHE:L’utilizzo dei rivetti a strappo o inserti filet-tati risulta ottimale qualora si tengano inconsiderazione alcuni parametri tecnici diimpiego.Ogni rivetto o inserto assolve a esigenzeparticolari a seconda del materiale e dellaforma con i quali viene realizzato. In tutti icasi però bisogna tenere presente che,essendo l’accoppiamento reso possibileattraverso fori di assemblaggio, questi, perl’ottimizzazione del risultato, devono rispet-tare parametri precisi. In primo luogo ovvia-mente il foro deve essere maggiore rispettoal diametro nominale del rivetto o insertoper consentirne l’inserimento, ma la mag-giorazione non deve superare il valore di0,2 mm altrimenti l’accoppiamento potrebberisultare difettoso.Un ulteriore parametro da considerare è lalunghezza del rivetto o inserto che è diretta-mente proporzionale allo spessore comples-sivo delle lamiere da serrare.

Comunque, per facilitare questa scelta, èstata elaborata una tabella indicativa per ognitipo di rivetto o inserto, tabella nella qualevengono riportate anche le caratteristichemeccaniche di ogni serraggio. Consigliamopertanto di attenersi a quanto indicato ondeevitare spiacevoli inconvenienti.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:During the assembly operation, controli f the holes observe the followingparameters: the hole must be larger thanthe diameter of the blind rivets or threadedinsert. Il rivetto massa è il sistema più rapido per effettuare dei collegamenti di messa aterra su strutture metalliche. Viene prodotto in tre versioni: a 1, 2, 4 terminali. Ledimensioni dei terminali sono 6,3x0,8 e sono conformi alla norma DIN EN 61210(VDE 0613 P. 6).

I test effettuati confermano che, applicando una corrente di 25 A tra la lamiera ed idue poli, la resistenza è inferiore a 0,2 mhom e tra la lamiera ed i terminali èinferiore a 0,6 mhom. Questi risultati sono ottenibili applicando il rivetto anche su componenti trattatisuperficialmente.

The earther rivet is the speediest method to effect grounding connections on metalstructures. This rivet is produced in three versions: with 1, 2, 4 terminals. Thesizes of the terminals are 6,3x0,8 according to the normative DIN EN 61210 (VDE0613 P. 6).

Test effected on this product confirm that, with electricity 25 A between the metalsheet and the two poles the resistance is less than 0,2 mhom and between themetal sheet and terminals is less than 0,6 mhom. This resultants could be obtainedalso applying the rivet on components which surface has been treated.
