MELAMINE FORMALDEHYDE MOULDING POWDER
Manufacturing Process Description:
Take Formaldehyde in the reaction vessel, stir it for 15 minutes, then add Melamine
Crystal and heat it to 600 C keep stirring for 45 minutes, then reduce the temperature to
500 C. Add TEA to keep reaction mass in alkaline state.
Transfer the above material in mixer containing wood pulp then stir it for one Hour, and
dry the material in Dryer followed by grinding, ball milling( Pigment will be added if
required to have color for the final product ) and packing.
