Promoted the “Paint What Matters” contest with Dayne Walling (Mayor of Flint), Jack Stock, and a fellow Kettering student, Ellyn Ernst on the local news station resulting in Flint being one of 20 cities chosen from across the nation to receive a consultation from Benjamin Moore & Company and provision of enough supplies to paint exteriors of businesses for a 2-3 block stretch down University Avenue
