Couple ProgramsMarriage and Relationship
Programs for Couples
1. Committed Couples Group ProgramThis group program is ideal for couples about to become married, considering moving in together, or investigating the potential of their relationship. It is conducted as a fun, group learning experience and offers plenty of time for couples to work independently. Price: $250 per couple.
2. Prepare/Enrich Individual SessionsThis individual couples program offers an opportunity for couples at various lifestages (including pre-marriage) to work with a professional facilitator. The program involves an online questionnaire and two 90 minute sessions. Conducted at locations throughout Melbourne, special arrangements can be made for remote and regional couples. Price: $295 per couple.

3. Growing Together WorkshopConducted as a one day ‘retreat’ workshop, or a series of two or three hour sessions, LifeWorks’ Growing Together program offers the chance to take time out, re-connect, develop new skills and take your relationship to a new level. This program is suitable for all couples* at any life stage. *Please note, this program is not suitable for couples where violence, intimidation, addiction or mental health issues are unaddressed. Price: $545 per couple.
4. Bringing Baby Home
In this research-based program, couples expecting their first baby (or with a newborn under 12 months) can learn what to expect, how to strengthen their relationship and co-parent as a team. This program is offered as a one day workshop, two half days or a series of weeknight sessions. Price: $250 per couple.
5. Making Step-Families WorkThis program is suitable for couples who are in the process of forming, or are already living in, a step-family. It offers an opportunity for couples to celebrate the positives of step-family life, develop strategies for coping with changed dynamics and manage relationships within a blended family. Price: $250 per couple.
Concessions and Exemptions: LifeWorks offers concessions and exemptions on program fees for eligible participants. Please contact the Relationship Educator at your branch to discuss further.
Observation: Occasionally LifeWorks’ programs are observed as part of staff training. If you have any concerns about an observer in your program, please discuss these with the co-ordinator prior to attending.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a program cancellation, participants will be transferred to the next scheduled date or issued with a refund. If a participant cancels their enrolment more than 7 days prior to the program start date, a transfer or refund (less 20% administration fee) will be organised. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the program date.
