201961 out of 176 volunteers participated in the survey (34%)

201881 out of 152 volunteers participated in the survey (53%)

• Overall, volunteers have consistently high engagement and positive experiences of working with Lifeline WA.

• 100% of survey participants believe their volunteering is important to Lifeline WA.

• 92% of volunteers intend to continue volunteering for Lifeline WA.

• A lack of consistency with ISS was a common topic in comments sections.

• 39% of volunteers do not believe poor performance is dealt with effectively by In Shift Team (Line Management Q.5).
