LifeCycles and LifeStyles Level Two Module Kundalini Yoga Kundalini Yoga teacher training is delivered in 3 Levels, with Level One being the Instructor level (Foundations), Level Two the Practitioner level (Transformation) and Level Three the Teacher level (Realisation). Level Two training comprises of five modules. LifeCycles and LifeStyles is one of them. The LifeCycles and LifeStyles module serves to review your personal biography in a manner that will set you free from the dead weight of the past and turn lead to gold. Learn to harmonise the 7, 11 and 18-year cycles of your life and why this is important. Establish your future projection so that the flow of prosperity is a natural consequence of the balance of the rhythms. Step further into the practical science of transforming your life from habits that are soul-demoting to a discipline that is soul-promoting. Full details on the commitment involved in Level Two modules are available as requested.

Logistics: Date: Thursday November 10th to Tuesday November 15th 2016 Location: Atisha Centre, 25 Sandhurst Town Road, Myers Flat, Victoria 3556 Fees: AUD$1800; Early Birds payment by July 10th 2016: AUD$1750 (For overseas and interstate students a further AUD$50 off) Arrival and Departure: Arrival and registration from 4pm onwards Wednesday 9th November. For those coming from overseas or interstate group transport can be arranged between airport and the venue.

Training Team: Shiv Charan Singh (Portugal/England) Shiv Charan Singh, Scottish by birth, is an outstanding and authentic spiritual teacher with students on all continents. He and his wife Satya were the founding directors of the Karam Kriya School and Kriya center for Kundalini Yoga and Numerology in North London. In 2008 Shiv Charan and Satya moved to Portugal, where they founded the Quinto do Rajo ashram. Shiv Charan continues to travel extensively, teaching Level One and Two Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and Karam Kriya and delivering his excellent individual counseling sessions. He was recognized by KRI in 2014 with an Outstanding Achievement Award for his exemplary service and caliber to penetrate the hearts and minds of his students and guide and elevate them. GuruJivan Kaur Khalsa (Australia) GuruJivan is a Lead Teacher Trainer of Kundalini Yoga in Australia. She studied directly under Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga, and has been teaching for the past 40 years. She spends much of each year guiding new students and mentoring new teachers so that more and more people will have the benefit of this magnificent technology in their lives. GuruJivan is humbled by the opportunity to share this technology with so many people from around the world. Leading workshops, retreats and Teacher Training, she always trusts in the technology of Kundalini Yoga and keeps the teachings in their purist form as taught by Yogi Bhajan. GuruJivan respects each person’s individuality and encourages students to pursue their own goals, while maintaining the highest level in teaching and practice.

Optional Retreat Days following LifeCycles and LifeStyles All Level Two participants (and Karam Kriya participants wishing to join us earlier) are invited to stay at the retreat center Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning for days of sadhana, personal reflection and the healing power of sanghat in the bush setting. Families are welcome to join us. During these days Shiv Charan Singh will be present and also available for individual numerological consultations and guidance. Consultations with Shiv Charan Singh are one hour; investment is AUD$150. Make an appointment with Namo Dev. Atisha Centre. Tuesday evening 15th November, Wednesday 16th, Thursday 17th and Friday 18th till after lunch. Fee for accommodation and food: Flat rate AUD$225. Pro rate possible for these days.

3 Day Weekend Workshop: Karam Kriya and the Wisdom of Numbers Date: Friday evening 18th – Sunday 20th November Fee: AUD$600 (AUD$550 for overseas and interstate students) (Package deal available for the full 11 days – see below)

11 Day Retreat Following the retreat days (Friday evening 18th, Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th November) Shiv Charan Singh will be giving a Karam Kriya and the Wisdom of Numbers workshop at the Atisha Centre. For those who wish to stay for the full 11 days, participating in both Level Two and Karam Kriya with the retreat days in between, this is an incredible opportunity to open, accelerate, nourish and consolidate your learning and transformation process, in the company of the sanghat (spiritual community). Arrival Wednesday afternoon 9th November. Departure Sunday evening 20th November. Standard: AUD$2550. Early birds payment by July 10th 2016: AUD$2500. Overseas and interstate students take AUD$100 off. This fee includes all course fees, food and accommodation for the full 11 days. For those looking for a softer exit the possibility to stay on Sunday evening exists for an extra AUD$55 for dinner and accommodation.
