The portion of people with higher education has risen due to the decrease of the portion of people with basic and incomplete secondary education, as well as general secondary education.- 42 per cent of the citizens have the higher/incomplete higher education- 30 per cent have secondary specialized/technical education- 28 per cent have basic secondary education
