Walk

Walking just 30 minutes each day will

strengthen your heart and help reduce

high blood pressure. 

A good strategy is to walk 10 minutes

in the morning, 10 minutes in the

evening.

help you stay motivated.

Lifting weights is the best way to get

stronger.

routines that you can do at home.

for you.

feel comfortable with exercise in

general.
