LIAACC VIP Networking Soiree a Major SuccessOver 100 attend at NYCB Theater at Westbury
A great time was had by all at LIAACC’s networking event. Spirits were high and everyone had a great time exchanging cards and presenting their businesses to others. Many professional connections were made and some projects were created. Thanks to everyone for coming out and making the event a huge success.Now, please consider becoming a member of LIAACC. We, and you, will become stronger and can do more as members of this great organization.

• MWBE Workshop — LIAACC is holding a series of workshops to train more business owners to seek New York State certification as minority and women-owned business enterprises. 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 21 and 28 at the Baldwin Public Library, 2385 Grand Ave. Charlene Thompson of Baldwin-based Thompson Economic Development Services

Her book is a “do it yourself PR guide for those on a budget.” She is an enthusiastic speaker who explained how to create PR success on a 30 day plan. Interested? Pick up her book.
