The LFRA Texture Analyzer is the industry standard instrument for gelatin Bloom assessment (AOAC Standard Reference). Improved test capabilities are now incorporated in the New LFRA in conjunction with an expanded range of test probes and accessories. Enhanced methods include Texture Profile Analysis for the food industry and Target Load Analysis for the adhesives market. The LFRA may be operated stand alone as shown or with TexturePro Lite software for enhanced capabilities.
