- introduced to and follow each of the doctors and all staff members for some time
- each of us has some specific tasks: to introduce the trainee to specific items
- ”get to know each other”

”A fly on the wall session”:
• at least 2 times pr. month• 10 - 15 minutes consultation• 15 – 20 minutes feedback by
observing trainer
