If collecting rent is an administrative chore you could happily relinquish to an experienced team with a tried and trusted system, then talk to us about our Rent Collection service.

Especially popular with clients who have more than one property, our rent collection service provides you with the reassurance that your tenants have paid their rent, without the hassle of having to check rent accounts each month.

We will collect the rent, forward the funds to your account and email or post you a written statement of confirmation. What’s more, unlike some agencies, we don’t hold on to your money for a prolonged period. We are proud to offer one of the fastest rotations – in other words, we collect your rent and forward the funds to you in the shortest possible timescale.

Anadditionalfeatureofourserviceisthatweareabletoofferafree rent guarantee (subject to conditions). That means if the rent is not paid for any reason, you have our assurance that it will be covered.

Full Management – ultimate peace of mind

It’s no wonder that our Full Management service is our most popular package. Designed to deliver a completely stress-free letting experience, the service will leave you with little more to do than answer the phone to us when the tenant’s contract is nearing its end.

We will act as a buffer between you and your tenant, so that you don’t have to deal with all the little things that can drive a landlord to despair, such as arranging contractors for maintenance and repair work, handling tenant enquiries and conducting inspections to ensure your property is being properly looked after.

When you hand over your keys, you hand over all responsibility for the property, with the assurance that it is in highly experienced and capable hands. Of course, communication is key to providing you with peace of mind that your property is being well looked after, so we are always available to provide you with updates when you need them.

Your tenants will enjoy a 24/7 call-out service, which means they’ll never have to bother you and you can be confident that any contractor we employ have been fully vetted and adhere to our high standards.
