letter of appreciation_chief manager(projects)_technip

Dear Kiran Sakroji, I am writing to you to record my deep sense of appreciation for your contribution to several projects which were executed at Technip's Chennai Office over the last 8 years starting from 2006. As Department Head (Piping Design) and later as Chief Manager - Projects at Technip Chennai, I had interacted closely with you right from the time you joined as a stress analyst and have grown to become a proven Lead Engineer ( Piping Stress & Supports). During this period, Technip executed several challenging projects from Chennai office for international and domestic clients in onshore and offshore segments. After having performed stress analysis of complex piping systems in Oil & Gas projects, you have grown to guide large size stress & support teams in Technip's flagship projects. On large, technically challenging projects executed by Technip, engineering disciplines cannot work as islands (in isolation), particularly piping and structural teams, rather they have to complement each others requirements. In addition to your proven technical skills, what stood out was your willingness to see the larger picture, ability to foster team spirit and drive to achieve overall project objectives. For Technip, client satisfaction is of paramount importance. In this regard, on projects where you were involved either at clients office or at our HO, we have received good feedback from clients expressing their satisfaction over your contribution and commitment to the job. I recall with tremendous satisfaction the Blood Donation camps you have organised year after year during Technip's HSE month celebrations. You have willingly shouldered this noble responsibility with great success. I am sure that the PG Diploma in Management that you have acquired from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA, Chennai) will stand in good stead as you move ahead in your career. My best wishes to you in all your future endeavors Kiran Sakroji. Please stay in touch.
