In line with the Citys 17th Charter Day Celebration, Pulse Music Club Malaybalay, in cooperation with some partners/sponsors, intends to hold a Street Party Event (Disco sa Kalye) along Sayre Highway (Infront of Gaisano), thus;

The said event is expected to draw crowds from tourists and locals. Likewise, the same will show off peaceful but lively night life of Malaybalay City further inviting locals from neighboring Cities and Municipalities to visit Malaybalay more often.In this regard, we are most respectfully asking for a Special Permit for the conduct of the said event including the closure of affected streets, subject to rules and regulations as the City may require. If permitted, may we further request for Police, City Fire Marshalls, Ambulance and staff assistance to ensure public safety.Should the City find the above in order, may we finally request that the said activity be fully accredited by your good office and included in the calendar of activities as part of 17th Charter day Celebration of Malaybalay City.
