OUR APPROACHTO FOOD
At Monster Kitchen and Bar, the function and conferencing menu is set out in four distinct seasons. We aim to use seasonal produce, sourced locally from
boutique growers and farmers of the Canberra region. We aim to support local organic farmers whenever possible.
We will strive to respect all food items (animal, plant and dry goods) and to minimize waste and prepare every ingredient to the best of our ability. We will be conscious of our local environment, minimizing waste, water usage, whilst
using all appropriate waste throughout the precincts composting centers.
If you have guests coming from overseas, interstate or just out-of-town, finding
somewhere to stay couldn’t be any easier.

WHAT ARE THE HIRE TIMES?
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
- Bump in: from 8AM on the day- Bump out: On the same night. On request, flowers, gifts and decorations can be securely stored by the hotel over night for next day collection.
WHAT ABOUT AV AND MUSIC- In built sound system with options for personal connectivity in both the Mosaic room and Nishi Gallery.- 1 x standing microphone (subject to availability)- DJ & live music allowed. No rock bands.- Noise level is 85 decibels
ANY EXTRAS?- Valet parking service available to all guests (at additional fee)- Post ceremony cocktail package available

CAN I PUT CANDLES ON THE TABLE?Yes. So long as your candles are displayed safely in votives/ candle holders you can use them on the tables.
DO I NEED TO CONSIDER DIETARYREQUIREMENTS WHEN SELECTINGMY MENUS?
No. Monster kitchen and bar will cater to all dietary requirements outside of you meal selections at no additional cost.
Yes. Please note that entertainment conditions apply so please discuss your ideas with your Event Manager prior to booking external suppliers
CAN I HAVE A BAND,DJ OR MUSIC DEVICE?
ARE THERE ROOM INCLUSIONS?
- Options of adding a Creative or Meandering rooms to your event package at a discounted cost.- 15% discount code for all additional guest bookings
CAN I DO BEVERAGES ONCONSUMPTION RATHERTHAN A PACKAGE?Yes. If you feel that beverages on consumption will be better for your events. Then you are more than welcome to select this. A beverage menu must be agreed prior to the event with your Event Manager
ARE THERE CREW MEALS?Yes. Crew meals can be provided at an additional cost for one main meal and soft drinks. It is at the client’s discretion as to whether they would like to provide crew meals to their suppliers.
IS THERE A DANCE FLOOR?Depending on the size of party we can make some room for the dancefloor. Just discuss the set up with your Event Manager, to see what can be done.
IS THERE A CHARGE TO SERVE MY CAKE?Yes, a $5.00 cakeage charge per person applies. This applies to 1 cake per wedding. You can opt to have your cake served as dessert for a two-course menu or as an additional course. Either option will include service to the tables or distributed cocktail style.

IS THERE A CHILDREN’SMEAL OPTION?
