FINANCING AND REPORTING FINANCING AND REPORTING to to EACEAEACEA

Maximum amount of funding assigned for the Project – EUR 600 556,65; EU will reimburse – 90% at the total; Each partner has to co-finance – 10%;Co-financing – in cash; in-kind contribution is not eligible;Indirect costs - flat rate 7%; cannot be reported as co-financing; Reporting – when 70% of pre-financing will be used (EUR 252 234), but no later than half way of the Project (18 months).

BANK ACCOUNT BANK ACCOUNT

For partners opening the bank account on behalf of the physical person, the authorisation letter or convention between the Partner and the person should be signed and submitted to the Coordinator before the first instalment of pre-financing payment.

The funding transferred for the implementation of the Project should be kept either in:

the separate bank account;

in the bank account, where other funds are kept, but the Project funding is easily identifiable, visible and transparent.

Adjustments of the budget requiring only informing EACEA in writing – up to 10% of the each budget category for which the transfer is intended;

The flexibility of 10% does not apply to the Indirect Costs budget heading.

If the partners wish to adjust the estimated budget by transfers between items which would result in more than 10% increase to the amount of any item of estimated eligible direct costs for which the transfer is intended, the co-ordinator should issue a request for amendment and submit to EACEA.

The budget adjustment should be requested in due time and can be done only after receiving of approval of EACEA.

TENDERS TENDERS

Where the value of contract awarded exceeds EUR 25 000, quotations from at least 3 suppliers should be received and added to documentation. The best value of money should be observed. National legislation should be observed also.

Tenders are compulsory to acquisition of both: goods and services.

EXCHANGE RATE EXCHANGE RATE

The expenditure shall be converted into Euro using the monthly accounting rate established by the European Commission and published on its website:http://ec.europa.eu/budget/contracts_grants/info_contracts/inforeuro/inforeuro_en.cfm.

PARTNERS should use the rates of months which are effective on months when the transfers from the Executive Agency are received in the COORDINATOR's account:

On the month of the first pre-financing for all costs incurred from the beginning of the Tempus project until the second pre-financing is received;On the month of the second pre-financing for all costs incurred until the end of the Tempus project.
