Kien Lo has owned Lichine’s Liquor and
Deli in Sacramento since 1989. Since then,
his store has consistently ranked in the top
10 of all the California Lottery’s more than
21,000 retailers. Despite his already high

sales by over 18%. “I like the idea that

most important thing. I activate and display new tickets
in order to increase sales to help California schools,” said
