• Ex: Customers orders are inaccurate or incomplete 5% of the time

Interpreting Your Data

• Make sure that the data is captured and compiled correctly

• Evaluate the data against your objective

• Does it confirm that there is a problem?

• Does it provide clues to potential causes?

• Do you need to review and revise parts of your charter?
