Recruitment ServicesThe recruitment process can prove tedious and inefficient if the organization does not have the needed resources. The recruitment service that Lean BS provides allows for the allocation of such resources towards aspects of the business that are more critical.

Lean BS works with various agencies to ensure the pool from which the candidates are chosen is vast enough to cover a large spectrum of expertise. Once the process of selection comes to an end and a decision is made the offer letter is released upon the clients’ request. The selected candidate will undergo a probation period of six months, during which the candidate is under observation.

Parking SolutionOur teams at Lean BS were approached to provide an expert opinion and recommendations for a parking management system. During which we have conducted a coherent analysis of various possible solutions. The analysis includes managerial, financial, and technical aspects of the project. With this wholesome analysis the solutions provided include preventative measures and contingency plans. The analysis we conducted concluded the implementation of a parking system known as CAME PSOne in 8 airports in Saudi Arabia and more locations across the Middle East. These projects resulted in an alliance between us at Lean BS and CAME Gulf for CAME to be our parking solutions provider.

The solutions provided include the implementation of an access control system that utilizes a sign in technology that takes advantage of Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR). A signage system is also designed and implemented as part of the provided solution. Our engineers at Lean BS have also provided traffic flow designs that further facilitates the ease of access and navigation in the parking area.


Networking and Infrastructure Solutions
