How to Eat Healthy Food
Food has good or bad effect to your health
depend on the way you eat. Therefore, you should
choose to eat healthy food and eat moderate
food. For example, you should eat vegetables and
fruits for healthy skin and good body system
such as the excretory system. In addition, you
should reduce to eat the fats, and avoid eating
the fast food for prevention of obesity. Finally,
you should eat the five food groups consisting of
carbohydrate group, protein group, fruit group,
vegetable group and fat group.
How to Drink More Water
Human's body consists of water, so water is
very essential. Drink more water is the part
of healthy lifestyles. 8 cups a day are
recommended, but how we have to do it. I
suggest the following instructions. First, keep
water close. Leave it where you can see so it
will remind you to drink water. Second, drink
various flavour. If you just drink water, you
will get bored, so other flavour is a good
choice. Third, Eat vegetables and fruits.
There are many vegetables and fruits that
have high ranking of water such as cucumber
and watermelon. Finally, follow each meal with
a small glass of water. If you drink small
amount of water during your meal, it will kept
your stomach full of water.
How to Exercise
Exercise is a great way to get a healthier and stronger
body. It can also be a great way to relax and make you
happy. There are many different types of exercise. For
example: aerobic exercise, yoga, dance, swimming,
cycling, weight lifting etc. The best type of exercise is
one that you will do on a regular basis. So you should
choose activities that you enjoy. Walking is a popular
choice and does not require special equipment, except
for appropriate shoes. Other good options include
swimming, biking, jogging, and dancing. Exercise with
friends or family can make it more fun, and having a
partner to encourage you can help you stay on track.
How to Reduce Stress
Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction.
When you stress, your balanced condition of psychological
and physical will lose. You will be tense and nervous. Then
the condition will balance when stress relieve. Thus, you
should know how to reduce stress. The first way is
meditation. Meditation has effect to your mind for a long
time. You should behave to meditate at least 5 minutes
per day. You may do yoga or tai chi. These help you to
have more meditation. The second way is listening to
music. Music has a positive effect on your brain and body,
especially in classical music. Music easily makes you to
relax. However, you should listen to music which has calm
melody. The final way is writing everything on your diary.
The diary is a private item, so, you can write about your
stress that cannot tell to others. When you write, you can
release your stress on the diary. These three ways are
the example of reducing stress that easy to do.

How to Get Enough Sleep
Are you an insomniac? If you are, these are the
tips for you to get rid of insomnia that break
down your health. First, sleep for eight hours
because it helps your body to recover energy
that is used all days. Next, get up early and
work out because you feel tried at night so you
need to sleep. Plus, always get up and sleep in
the time that you set up. Then before sleeping,
do not use a smart phone, read an exciting novel
or watch a horror movie. These activities make
you wide awake all night. Finally, do not forget
to make you bed comfortably. You should buy a
mattress and a beautiful sheet, and paint your
wall with pastel colors because that make you
feel relax and need to go to bed.
