In Today‟s Dynamic Global Business Environment, the Ideal Organizational Culture is Based on Resilience – Where It Anticipates and Proactively Adapts Quickly to Market Shifts, Yet Remains Focused on and Aligned with the Agreed Upon Corporate Business Strategy.
