The Agreement Form, General & Particular Conditions, Scope of Works, QA/QC, HSE

Requirements, Remunerations & Format of Service Order.

Agreed rates of staff either in monthly, weekly, daily or hourly rates.

Number of Staff, disciplines, mobilization time, etc. are agreed as per the Service Order

for each specific projects.

Framework Agreement requires sufficient pool of engineers to be available with the

hired consultant.

Taxi Village located in the industrial suburb

of Musafah. It is envisaged to be the center

of all Abu Dhabi City taxi operations under

the supervision of its regulator Trans AD. Taxi

Village to accommodate approximately

18,000 drivers which includes workers,

technicians and administrative staff covering

and handling an estimated figure of 6,000

taxi vehicles. Site Area 3,348,000 SQ FT. It

will include Corporate Office, Administration

building, Fleet operations, call center,

training center, customer service hall,

commercial center, retail shops, health club,

banks and money exchange, food court and

cinemas, medical center, mosque, vehicle
