Being a leader is a position of respect, earned by his actionsSo why Leadership is actions not a position

How to promote Leadership Opportunities through activities?

.Start promotion from Introduction to AIESEC stage amongst other opportunities they can take in AIESEC: include LR in LC simulations..Encourage members on leadership positions, active alumni and people on Leadership roles outside of AIESEC to share their experiences during LC meets, etc.

We have to remember

that leadership is not only

about positions but also

attitude and behaviors.
